Three services. One coherent system.

KEZKO's work falls into three interconnected services. Most clients engage all three \u2014 the data infrastructure, the intelligence layer built on top of it, and the ongoing maintenance that keeps everything running.

01

Data Lake Architecture

One source of truth for your entire operation

Your ERP tracks inventory. Your TMS tracks freight. Your WMS tracks the floor. None of them share data automatically — which means your team spends hours reconciling information that should already be connected. KEZKO designs and builds the data infrastructure that ties every system together into a single, always-current repository.

  • API integrations across ERP, TMS, WMS, and CRM systems
  • Automated ingestion, curation, and data pipeline deployment
  • Unified data repository, updated continuously in production
  • No manual exports. No reconciliation. No data lag.
  • Schema management, data quality controls, and versioning

02

Custom Intelligence Platform

Dashboards and alerts that reflect how you actually run

Off-the-shelf BI tools weren’t built for logistics operations. KEZKO designs custom platforms with KPI dashboards, performance scorecards, and smart alert logic that match your benchmarks — not someone else’s defaults. When something slips, you know immediately and you know exactly where to look.

  • KPI dashboards built around your specific operating model
  • Carrier scorecards and lane-level performance tracking
  • Smart alerts calibrated to your operational thresholds
  • Warehouse throughput, fulfillment rates, and dwell time visibility
  • Executive and operations reporting — both in one platform

03

Managed Maintenance

Your platform keeps working. We make sure of it.

Systems change — APIs get updated, data structures shift, software needs patching. Without active maintenance, even a well-built platform degrades quietly until something breaks. KEZKO provides post-deployment oversight on a flat recurring fee, so your platform stays stable, current, and operational without requiring your team to manage it.

  • Ongoing API health monitoring and connectivity checks
  • Software, OS, and dependency patch management
  • Schema change detection, handling, and pipeline updates
  • Performance monitoring and proactive optimization
  • Direct team access — no support ticket queues, no delays

Engagement Model

Every engagement follows the same four stages.

No retainers that stretch indefinitely. No black-box scoping. You see exactly what will be built \u2014 and why \u2014 before work begins.

01

Discovery

Structured sessions to map your business model, operational challenges, and the P&L levers that matter most.

02

Proposal Design

A written technology roadmap — solution components, integration approach, ML/AI if applicable, and timeline. Full plan before any code.

03

Build

Cloud infrastructure and custom code, deployed to a production environment running continuously — not a demo, not staging.

04

Maintenance & Oversight

Always-on monitoring and upkeep post-launch. Platforms don’t degrade. KEZKO keeps them current on a flat recurring fee.

Frequently asked questions

Questions we hear most.
How long does a typical engagement take from Discovery to deployment?
Most engagements move from Discovery to a live production environment in 60–90 days, depending on the number of systems being integrated and the complexity of the custom intelligence layer. KEZKO will give you a specific timeline in the Proposal Design stage — before any code is written.
Do you work with companies that already have some BI tooling in place?
Yes. If you have existing dashboards or reporting tools, KEZKO will assess what’s working and what isn’t during Discovery. In many cases, the right solution is to feed your existing tools with better data rather than replace them entirely. We build what makes sense for your operation, not a predetermined package.
What does Managed Maintenance actually cover?
Managed Maintenance covers API health monitoring, software and OS patching, schema change handling, and ongoing performance checks for your entire data platform. It runs on a predictable flat fee — no hourly billing, no surprise project scopes. If something breaks or a connected system updates its API, we handle it.
How selective is KEZKO about taking on new clients?
Very. KEZKO works with a small number of clients at a time by design. That’s not a limitation — it’s how we ensure every engagement gets direct access to the people who built the platform, not a support queue. If we don’t think we’re the right fit for your situation, we’ll tell you in the Discovery call.
We’ve had bad experiences with technology projects that got built and then abandoned. How is KEZKO different?
Managed Maintenance is built into how KEZKO operates — it’s not an upsell after the fact. We deploy to production, not a demo environment, and we stay accountable for the platform’s performance post-launch. Our incentives are aligned with your platform running correctly long-term, not just getting a project delivered.
